- Identify homeowners or business owners in Oklahoma who need a roof replacement
- Connect the property owner with our team at Blair Roofing
- Provide basic contact and property information for the potential customer
- Earn substantial referral payouts once projects are completed

- No previous roofing or sales experience required (we provide support)
- Strong networking skills or active community presence
- Ability to make friendly introductions and capture basic contact details
- Self-motivated individuals looking to control their own income
